HEATWAVE TECHNOLOGY

Cimline HeatWave direct-fire melters are equipped with heavy-duty tube fired heating systems. A 3/16” thick, 7” diameter single-pass flue runs 4” from the bottom of the kettle. Tube-fired technology heats from the inside out to reduce scorching and heat sealant quickly and evenly. Heating tubes can be easily removed for maintenance. Gravity feed with propane burner is a simple design with easy maintenance. Temperature gauges come standard on all HeatWave melter
